Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival

The largest short film festival in the world, and one of the cheapest to enter. The international competition closes on 24 September; the national competition runs a week longer.

Clermont-Ferrand is the short film festival with the biggest market attached, and at €13 it is close to the cheapest serious entry in this list. Submissions go through Shortfilmdepot rather than the festival's own form.
