Berlin Music Video Awards 2027
The early bird on 15 November is the cheapest way in at $45 a category, and the only music video deadline of any size still ahead of us this year.
A Berlin music video festival with a broad category list and an unusually large cash prize for the top award. Entry runs through FilmFreeway, which is also where the current fees are published.

The rules that matter
- The festival runs 11–13 June 2027.
- Videos must be completed on or after 1 January 2026 and run to a maximum of 8 minutes.
- Best Music Video and Best Production Company cost a flat $85 ($75 for Gold members), regardless of deadline tier.
- Best Animation is $60 late; Best Cinematography is $65 late ($50 Gold).
- The grand prize for Best Music Video is €7,000.
The festival's own site is behind its entry platform
berlinmva.com lists a Late deadline of 7 March 2027 plus an Extended deadline of 12 March, while its FilmFreeway page shows a single Late deadline of 12 March. The website also still carries a stale "Doors open: June 12th, 2026" line and duplicated 2026 deadline blocks. We have used the FilmFreeway dates, which are the ones the entry form enforces.
