- Videos must have been published between 1 January and 31 December 2026, or be unpublished.
- The ceremony date and venue are not yet published.
Two things the organiser has not settled
The submissions page gives a running-time limit of 10 minutes or under, while the FAQ on the same site says "under 8 minutes will be accepted". And no entry fee is published anywhere on the official site: the FAQ confirms fees exist and are non-refundable without stating an amount. We are not printing the figures that circulate on third-party listing sites.
