Deadline calendar: what closes between now and February

Every open deadline we have verified, in order, from SXSW on 15 September to the Berlin Music Video Awards early bird in November and the Berlinale shorts cut-off.

All dates below were read on the organisers' own pages on 11 September 2026. Where an organiser has not published a fee, we say so rather than repeating a figure from a listings site.

Two that are not on this list, and why

The PRS Open Fund for Music Creators closed on 7 September and no next round is published; its own pages disagree about whether there are two or three rounds a year, so we are not printing a guess. ToruńCAMERIMAGE has not opened its 2027 call; the 2026 one opened in late February.
